It may be the holidays, but that doesn't mean it's time to go fast on the road.

And that's whether it's snowing a monster nor'easter or just a clear winter day.

In the case of these two drivers, their alleged "Fast and Furious" antics got them tangled up with local law enforcement when they could have just been slowly taking it easy to wherever they needed to go.

According to the New Hampshire State Police, troopers spotted two vehicles racing on I-93 in New Hampshire near Concord at around 1 a.m. on Sunday. But it looks like the only thing they won was being charged with reckless driving.

It wasn't a low-speed race by any stretch of the imagination either, as NH State Police reported the two drivers were both putting the pedal to the metal and hitting speeds well over 100 mph.

Luckily, nobody was injured during the alleged race or when police went to pull them over.

There are plenty of instances where high speed has had tragic consequences, so it's good to know the outcome didn't have an unfortunate ending.

Let's just leave racing to the track or Vin Diesel in the movies.
