I'm rarely up before 7am. You see I'm usually up till 11 or midnight and I gotta get my 7 or 8 hours of good healthy slumber. The only thing that really regrettable about sleeping till then each day is, I haven't seen a sunrise in years. That probably hasn't happened not since the occasional allnighters of my youth.

Fortunately, we have talented photographers and videographers in Maine who get up much earlier than I do. One of our favorites is Isaac Crabtree of North Woods Aerial. His amazing eye for capturing the beauty of Maine is exceptional.

Watch this brilliant dawn of a new day on Prong Pond in the Greenville area he recently documented using his super high tech drone camera equipment. The purple sky reflected in the stillness of the water as the morning mist rolls over is stunning.

Thank you, Isaac!
