This New England Apple Orchard Was Named One Of The Best In The Country
USA Today ranked the Top 10 Best Apple Orchards in the Country, and this Vermont orchard came in at number 8!
According to Boston.com, Shelburne Orchards in Shelburne, Vermont started as 500 trees in the 1950's has now expanded to 6,000 trees with more than 30 varieties of apples grown.
The orchard also sells cider, cider donuts, apple brands, and more!
Did you know the very first apple orchard in the U.S was planted in 1625 near Boston's Beacon Hill? So we New Englanders made apple picking cool centuries ago!
