The thing is, it's not free to bring that power back. Equipment, overtime for linemen, tools, parts, and who knows what else? Certainly not I. I'm one of those flip the switch and hopefully they truly are there types.

So, according to WGME, the costs of that massive job are finally coming back to us consumers in the amount of $2.50 a month starting July 1st and will be spread out over 3 years.

It may not seem like much to some, but for others, every penny counts. Especially with so many out of work.
