According to the Union Leader, Alex Leduc moved to his four-acre property on Whipple Hill Rd. in Richmond, New Hampshire partially so he would have more space to pursue his truck collecting hobby.

Leduc collects military trucks as well as Ford trucks. He has been trying to keep the trucks looking neat and orderly and store most of his spare parts in his covered garage. He received a notice from the town that claimed he is operating a business on his property and ordered him to get rid of all the trucks and parts.

His response? It's ridiculous! He works as a mechanic in Massachusetts and works 12-hour days. When would he have time to operate a side business? His truck collecting is merely a hobby. Leduc said when he lived in Massachusetts his truck collecting was never an issue.

Do you think the town of Richmond has the right to demand Leduc get rid of his collection?
