Going On A Diet [insert joke here]
My wife and I have decided it's time to lose weight.
So, here's my first breakfast:
That my friends, is my breakfast. Oats, Chia seeds, Almond milk, Greek yogurt, blueberries, blackberries, pepitas, granola and peanut butter. I ate it all and am stuffed. My previous breakfast? Take a look:
I currently weigh 202.6. It's not that I'm fat, because I'm not. I'm just too short for this weight. So, I hope to be taller soon. Follow along and let me know how much you'll lose too!
Oh yeah, Don Briand our newsman has been helpful by sending me a photo of what he eats for breakfast.
